Here Wilder and Pryor are terrific together. They have a good script and terrific chemistry together. None of the movies they make recapture this. For me it helps that this is on a train as well.
Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis:
Nutty blend of comedy, romance, action and suspense as mild-mannered editor Wilder becomes involved in murder plot on cross-country train ride. Switch from comedy to violence is sometimes jarring, but on the whole a highly entertaining picture. One of the best Wilder/Pryor pairings. Imitation Hitchcock written by Colin Higgins.
