Top Notch mystery. Great cast, great locations. Very enjoyable. One of the best of the Agatha Cristie adapations. Ustinov makes a good Poirot.

Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: |
Visually sumptuous but only marginally engrossing Agatha Christie mystery has Hercule Poirot (Ustinov) faced with a shipload of suspects after the murder of Chiles. A deserving Oscar winner for Anthony Powell's costume design; script by Anthony Shaffer. The first of Ustinov's portrayals of the Belgian detective.
