Heck of a cast, but it is just not very interesting. Music is a stand out. I remember Van Morrison in particular (Jackie Wilson Said).

Title refers not to royalty, but to the N. Y. C. borough. Robust performances half-spark a BIG CHILL-type reunion pic, as old pals and their mates reunite for a wedding. Actor Spiridakis penned the so-so script, directed reasonably well by Rash. Unusually fine rock-oldie score helps.
