| Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: |
Amiable comedy about an unmarried woman who has a baby (by her no-good married boyfriend) and then sets out to find a suitable ``daddy'' for him. Good showcase for costars Alley and Travolta. Written by director Heckerling. One quibble: though set in N. Y. C. , it's all too obvious that it was shot somewhere else (Vancouver, to be precise). Followed by two sequels and the TV series Baby Talk.

jason schaller was 1 of 4 children to play the role of mikey. My son Jacob was the child who grows up to Jasons character. FYI.
