The second worst of all the Bond movies (View to a Kill being the worst). Lame villian, weak story. Just plain bad, thank goodness Brosnons next couple of Bonds are better.

Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: |
Brosnan's debut as 007 is a slam-bang action adventure in the best Bond tradition, with eye-popping stunts, sexy women, and international intrigue. (There are also P. C. remarks about Bond being sexist and/or an anachronism. ) The crux of the story is internal sabotage within Russia, and Bond's attempt to figure out who's behind it--and how to stop them before they use their stolen weapons to harm the free world. That's Minnie Driver as the Russian nightclub singer. Panavision.
