As a comic book movie this is pretty good. Some good action sequences reasonably well plotted. Ledger gives a good performance as the Joker. It is too long. I think that the movie strives to be more that just a comic book movie and there I don't think it works. All the talk about the kind of hero Gotham needs and what it takes to bring justice are overblown and muddled. I liked Batman Begins more.

2008's The Dark Knight Is One Of My Favorite Films, I Like It Because Of Christopher Nolan's Direction, The Screenplay, Wally Pfister's Cinematography, Hans Zimmer And James Newton Howard's Score And Heath Ledger's Performance As The Joker, I Like This One Better Than 2005's Batman Begins And 2012's The Dark Knight Rises.
