The best of all the Batman movies I have seen. An interesting and dry sense of humor, some wonderful actors in the supporting roles and and original visual style make this first rate action/comic book movie making.
Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis:
Bruce Wayne loses his philanthropic parents to a senseless crime, and years later becomes the Batman to save the crime-ridden Gotham City on the verge of destruction by an ancient order.
