The production values and design are really quite amazing, however the writing is muddled and unintersting, especially since we know the story. The acting is non-existant. Kind of fun to see Peter O'Toole again.

A O.K. movie.not the typcal thing you'd see Brad Pitt in, but still good. It very much different then the mythological of Achiiles and of Troy.
