Reviews
Mine: Very funny and touching, with a bit of theology thrown in for good measure. Carrey is a very gifted physical comedian and puts that to good effect here. Freeman is top notch as well, providing a good counterpoint to Carrey's zanyness. Steve Carrell has the funniest scene when he can't talk because of Bruces shenanigans.
Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: A guy who complains about God too often is given almighty powers to teach him how difficult it is to run the world.

A great comedy that is both hilarious and touching. I laughed out loud throughout most of the movie, and I think my friend cried a little. I don't mean to be redundant but again it was a great comedy and I loved it.I thought Morgan Freemen played God better than anyone else would have. Jennifer Aniston is really good at crying. Her performance was very good overall. Jim Carrey was the best. My favorite scene was when he parted the soup. I thought that was just classic.
