WAY over the top. Some of the stunts and action sequences are just way too outrageous. Berry should be better here than she is. The "plot" is minimal and so is the wit. Time to get some new writers. The tone is not quite right. There is a sequence in the begining where Bond is tortured. This is not right, BOND doesn't get tortured, he drinks martini's and sleeps with pretty girls. Later when the movie tries to be lighter this sequence makes the levity out of place.
