Reviews
Mine: Very nicely done stoy of family struggle and the power of friendship. Quite well acted throughout. I have never though much of Ashley Judd, but here she does a decient job. Often funny, at times quite touching. Garner has a small part, but does a lot with it. It is Maggie Smith that steals the show. She does not have the flashy part, that is Vivi, but she is very funny. All the jumping aroung between time frames is disconcerting, at times I could not figure out who was who. Sandra is charming as always.
Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: After years of mother-daughter tension, Siddalee receives a scrapbook detailing the wild adventures of the "Ya-Yas", her mother's girlhood friends.

This is one of my favorite movies. It is considered a "chick flick" by many, but to me, it's fantastic. I love the story and the acting is supreme. This story seems somewhat unlikely in reality, because it is extremely rare to have 4 best friends for your entire life. It's a great example of how rare and special female friendship is. A must see.

I love that movie. It is so well thought out and I love how they tell about Vivi's life because it goes from flashback to flashback. When Sidalee finds out about her mom's life she starts to realize that her mom did love her and that she never not wanted her. She just had a hard time being around her.I like how her friends have known eachother their whole lives and how they still are very good friends now that their old.

I love the movie like nikki said. It touches my heart how Vivi went through that and someone must tell me if this a true storie or not. Nikki is cool!!!!!!!!!
