An unusual and good movie. I saw an advanced screening so may have seen a different version than the final. I really liked it. Strange, fantastic, and lots of fun. Final sequence of animation did not fit.

Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: |
Black comedy about a janitor who kidnaps his ex-boss's daughter, a spoiled heiress who finds life a bore. It turns out she knows more about carrying out the crime than he does! Meanwhile, two emissaries from Heaven (Hunter and Lindo) have to find a way to make these two fated souls fall in love. Fans of the two likable stars will perhaps be more forgiving than others of this oddball, sporadically funny outing from the SHALLOW GRAVE/TRAINSPOTTING team. Super 35.
