Passable. Jones and Snipes are good, but the punch of the first movie is gone. Not bad.
Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis:
The take-charge marshal (Jones) from THE FUGITIVE and his team are back on the job when a criminal suspect flees after a plane carrying him and other prisoners crash-lands. The search is helped/hampered by the addition of a Federal agent (Downey, Jr. ). Action thriller scarcely takes a breath; falters toward the finale and doesn't know when to quit, but still entertaining.
