Very funny. Maybe you have to have done theatre and community theatre inparticular to really enjoy this.

Leonard Maltin/Plot synopsis: |
Slight but amusing mock documentary about the mounting of a musical show celebrating the 150th anniversary of Blaine, Missouri. Guest plays the outlandish Corky St. Clair, who directs the town's amateur talent in a show he hopes will take him (and them) to Broadway. Engaging performers make this fun, but it barely warrants a feature-length film. Written by Guest and costar Levy.
