Good idea and at times it is really good. For a dark comedy like this I think Burt should not have directed. Hard thing to do for the best of directors. Still it has its moments.

Uneven but original black comedy by Jerry Belson about man who learns he's dying, and decides to commit suicide. DeLuise is achingly funny as Burt's schizophrenic sanitarium pal, and Reynolds's final soliloquy is great (in uncensored version).
